I have over twenty years of experience working as a Design Principal, in Urban Design and Architecture, in several of Australia’s leading commercial architectural firms and now my own. I understand the culture and context of large, small and community development projects.
As an Architect and Urban Designer, my principal focus is on the human experience, creating places that are meaningful to people. In every aspect, I craft the attributes that make places memorable, sustainable and attractive. I am proud to create enduring and beloved environments.
As Director of Design Strategy Architecture, I combine creative design thinking with a highly hands-on approach to creating buildings with character, I strive to listen and lead with ideas to motivate and inspire the client and the team to deliver successful design outcomes.
Great cities and their places are the product of dialogue and exchange between public officials, advisors, investors, creatives, operators and end-users. This combination of interest when expertly orchestrated delivers multi-generational value.
For me, Architecture and Urban Design go hand and hand. City-making, City Shaping is not exclusive to either discipline. What is essential, is creating places that enrich connections at every scale.
