Andres is a registered Architect and Urban Designer with over 15 years of experience in Australia and overseas. For the majority of his career, Andres worked as a Design Architect within leading National and Multi-National Architectural firms including Woods Bagot, Hassell and RotheLowman. During this experience, Andres contributed to the design of several significant projects including, NAB Headquarters Docklands, Adelaide Airport, Perth Airport Expansion T1, International Tower in Abu Dhabi, Moonee Valley Racecourse Redevelopment, among others.

As Director of Design Strategy Architecture, Andres combines creative design thinking with a highly hands-on approach to create buildings with character, he strives to listen and lead with ideas to motivate and inspire the client and the team to deliver successful design outcomes.

Michelle is passionate about project management and the strategic side of design. She relishes in negotiating the many drivers needed to achieve a coherent result.


Earlier in her career Michelle worked in Interior Architecture in some of Melbourne’s leading Architectural practices including Woods Bagot and Cox. She then moved into Client-side Project Management at Edith Cowen University in Western Australia, where she participated in significant expansion projects.


She ensures excellent project outcomes and has specialist skills in project coordination and management, integrating the inputs of stakeholders, specialists and designers into the project process.


As Director of Design Strategy Architecture, she oversees the commercial aspects, project management and all staff to ensure a consistent approach across the work – the focus always on design excellence and how it can be achieved most efficiently.

David brings with him a wealth of design and construction knowledge. He possesses a strong background in integrating a project’s design and technical elements into a broad range of project types, including education, health, commercial-office, civic, residential and mixed-use.


For a substantial part of his career, David worked as a Project Delivery Specialist for Woods Bagot where he played a leading role during the design and delivery of may significant projects including The Melbourne Convention Centre and Deakin University’s Burwood Learning Commons and BC buildings.


David’s knowledge encompasses the many aspects of a project’s delivery, from the development of the design, the preparation and coordination of contract documents, to the supervision of the project once on site. He also has sound knowledge in the different procurement methods on offer.

David promotes an open dialogue with clients, the consultant team and the contractors to draw out and benefit from the skills and experience the different teams can offer. With a broad knowledge of materiality, furnishings and fabrication, he leads project teams with a holistic approach.
